I had the Ding King replace a windshield for me; the next day it was cracked again. I called the owner and he apologized profusely and said he’d come back and replace it again with no charge. He then called me back and said that it was his mistake; he accidentally installed glass for a 4 door Altima, not a 2 door. It was supposed to rain that day, so he came before the rain and covered my vehicle to avoid any water getting inside. He stayed in constant communication with me and came as soon as the weather cleared up to replace the windshield. He didn’t dodge me, give excuses, or even suggest anything was done wrong on my end. This man is a man of integrity and for that, he’s who I will use from now on. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the way he handled his mistake exceeded my expectations. Just know he will take care of his customers.
